My name is Chris Cox and although born in Wegberg, West Germany have lived in the South West of England since the 1970’s. My career has been in IT but sort of fell into photography in 2008 helping out an old friend who was the County Photographer in Cornwall, UK.

Was published around the world in May 2008 with the Smiling Bee image which was a mad time.

Became a Contracted Freelance Sports Photographer with Cornwall & Devon Media for 9 years before massive cutbacks then after some time off helped out a local town and district weekly as a Freelance PhotoJournalist covering all aspects of community life with anything from Cheque Presentations to Sports Events.

Over the years have had commissions including the BBC Sport Relief Million Pound Cycle Ride, Bob Wilson, Isle of Man TT, O2 Beach Tag Rugby and Boardmasters to name a few.

Had fun photographing subjects from the Royal International Air Tattoo to travel in India and much in between.
